The SAIC Motor Mobility and Service segment is an industry chain platform centered around four core business areas: smart mobility, sincere services, intelligent logistics, and smart manufacturing services.
On the mobility platform, we create high-frequency traffic entry points for travel services through online ride-hailing, short and long-term rentals, car sales, and independent maintenance services, providing differentiated products and services.
On the manufacturing service platform, focusing on the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry chain, we enhance the level of efficient supporting services through automotive logistics, environmental protection services, energy management, and science and technology innovation parks, thereby empowering systematic competition.

Enjoygo Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SAIC Mobility"), is a strategic mobility brand under SAIC Motor, established and launched in 2018. In 2021, SAIC Motor proposed three directions for digital transformation: digital products, digital manufacturing, and digital services. SAIC Mobility carries the responsibility of transforming digital services centered on "smart human mobility". Since its inception, SAIC Mobility has launched multiple business lines, including online ride-hailing, business car rentals, personal car rentals, Robotaxi, and Shcab (shcab.cn), becoming a one-stop smart mobility complex. The company fully integrates SAIC Motor's complete industry chain resources, leverages its strengths in mobile internet and big data technology, and innovates transportation service models, striving to become a mobility service platform offering an exceptional user experience.
Global Car Sharing & Rental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Global Car Sharing") was founded on May 16, 2016, as a joint venture between SAIC Motor and Shanghai International Automobile City Group. This powerful collaboration aims to leverage each partner's strengths to develop Global Car Sharing into an industry-leading green mobility enterprise promoting new energy vehicle rentals.
As a core enterprise in SAIC Motor's mobility strategy, Global Car Sharing not only possesses abundant resources across the entire car rental industry chain but also excels in vehicle sourcing, independent research and development, resource integration, and an efficient and comprehensive operational system. It provides customers with a full range of one-stop vehicle services. Currently, the company operates over 30,000 vehicles across more than 40 cities nationwide, offering a variety of services including online car-hailing rental services, government & enterprise car rental services, OTA platform car rental services, short-term car-sharing services (under the EVCARD brand), vehicle trades, and vehicle disposition services. It has become a leading State-owned car rental company with a comprehensive business model and significant scale in the industry.
EVCARD, the short-term car-sharing brand of Global Car Sharing, is a leading brand in new energy vehicle rentals in China. It has established self-operated stores at major transportation hubs in provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Yunnan, and Sichuan. Whether for daily commuting, business trips, intercity travel, visits to friends and relatives, or suburban road trips, EVCARD can meet various vehicle usage demands.
Guided by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and strongly supported by the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, Shanghai Mobility Service Technology Co., Ltd. is the main operator of the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) system for the digital transformation of the transportation industry.
"MaaS" products encompass a mobile app, WeChat and Alipay mini programs, as well as features on platforms like Gaode Map, Baidu Map, Alipay's "Travel" channel, and the 12306 app. At present, it has integrated 8 travel scenarios within the city, including public transportation, taxis, online ride-hailing, shared bicycles, and private car-related services such as parking, maintenance, rescue, and chauffeuring, offering five key services: "One-code Pass", multi-ticketing systems, carbon benefits, emergency support, and lifestyle services.

Founded in August 2000, SAIC Anji Logistics is a globally leading automotive logistics company and one of the first batch of 5A-grade logistics companies in China.
With port resources of 5,186 meters across eight locations, including Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Tianjin, and an operational area of 4.67 million square meters, Anji Logistics handles an annual import and export capacity of 5.4 million vehicles. Established in 1993, Shanghai Automotive Industry Sales Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor, specializing in multi-brand automotive sales and related services. Under the "Anji Automotive" service brand, the company is dedicated to providing professional and standardized automotive sales and services for Chinese consumers, striving to become the most trusted leading automotive service brand in China.
Over the years, the company has undergone multiple innovations and incubations, continuously expanding into new areas. Currently, the SAIC Activity Center operates five major business sectors: Anyo eTrade, Saiduotong, Anyo eLife, Sailetong, and hotel services.
Anyo eTrade provides electronic procurement, online bidding, procurement consulting, supply chain collaboration, and warehousing management of non-production materials for SAIC Motor and related manufacturing industries. Saiduotong offers visual inspection, automated production line integration, spare parts, and equipment maintenance services. Anyo eLife integrates internal and external high-quality resources by means of integrals, and cooperates with partners such as Bailian, Sinopec, and China Eastern to provide services for car manufacturers, sellers, users, and buyers, aiming to create an industry-leading customer loyalty platform. Sailetong provides conference services, and a series of supporting services, brand services, and business travel services for meetings, exhibitions, celebrations, and other events. The hotel business, represented by the Blue Palace Hotel, combines dining, accommodation, business travel services, and conference training, making it a preferred venue for business events.

The company's positioning is to provide customers with full value chain green and low-carbon solutions, with a vision of building a first-class development platform, adhering to the core concept of low-carbon, and assisting in the construction of intelligent factories.
Donghua Automotive Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Donghua Industrial") is a large enterprise jointly invested by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (Group) and Nanjing Yuejin Automotive Company Group following the "Shanghai-Nanjing Cooperation" agreement signed on Dec 26, 2007. It was duly established on April 15, 2008, with a registered capital of 1.08 billion yuan (about $148.71 million) and over 1,300 employees. It is headquartered at No. 68, Lushiying, Gulou District, Nanjing City. Established on June 8, 2004, Shanghai Automotive Group (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was formed under the guidance of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan (about $27.54 million). Its main function is to serve as SAIC's business base in Beijing and northern China. Since July 15, 2016, Shanghai Automotive Group (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has been managed under the model of "two brands, one team", innovatively developing automotive service trade and other related businesses, gradually forming business segments in industrial real estate and logistics, automotive marketing services, property rental, and equity investments. It has thus become a crucial carrier for SAIC Motor's mobility and services sector in Beijing and northern China.
